  1. In a large saucepan
  2. Bring 4 cups of broth to a boil
  3. Cook orzo over medium heat for about 10 minutes
  4. In a large skillet
  5. Add oil and all the veggies
  6. Garlic and spices
  7. Saut for a couple of minutes
  8. Add 1 / 2 cup of broth and cook about 4 minutes
  9. Drain orzo
  10. Place in a serving bowl and add in veggies and toss to combine
  11. Sprinkle grated cheese on top
  12. Optional
