  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
  2. Add orzo and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente
  3. Drain and rinse with cold water
  4. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in spinach
  5. Feta
  6. Onion
  7. Pine nuts
  8. Olives
  9. Basil and pepper
  10. Toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
  11. Refrigerate and serve cold
