  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water
  2. Cook orzo 5 minutes
  3. Add sugar snap peas and squash
  4. Cook until orzo is al dente and vegetables are crisp-tender
  5. About 3 minutes
  6. Drain well
  7. Return to pot
  8. Add lemon juice
  9. Olive oil
  10. And parmesan
  11. Season with salt and pepper
  12. Toss to combine and serve
