  1. Peel the shrimp but reserve the shells
  2. Put a skillet over low heat
  3. Put the garlic and shrimp in the skillet and cook in two spoons of olive oil
  4. Stir very frequently and do not let the garlic to become brown
  5. When shrimp are completely cooked
  6. Turn off the heat
  7. Cut the shrimp into pieces
  8. Put the water over high heat to boil
  9. Add the reserved shrimp shells and boil for five minutes
  10. Then discard the shells
  11. Stir in the orzo and cook for five minutes
  12. Fill in the asparagus pieces and continue cooking for about five minutes
  13. Rinse under cold water
  14. Fill the pasta and asparagus with two spoons of olive oil and onions until just coated
  15. In another bowl
  16. Mix the vinegar with lime juice
  17. Add mustard and basil
  18. Pour the mixture over pasta and toss gently
  19. Season with salt and pepper for taste
  20. Put in refrigerator and chill for two hours
