i had this recipe given to me for orzo stuffed tomatoes with feta cheese. unfortunately, i really dislike feta cheese but i used the idea to make a something similar with some of my favorite flavors.

i cant' remember where i got this, but these are great little appetizers. pepperidge farm bread works well as it is square. i have also omitted the garlic powder and parsley and use dry ranch seasoning mix instead.
this was a delicious way to have brussel sprouts. the cannelini beans and the cheese were a perfect complement to the slight bitterness of the brussel sprouts. i would definately make this again. [bon appetit, november 2005]
