  1. In a large sauce pan
  2. Melt butter along with olive oil
  3. Saute broccoli along with orzo for approximately 10 minutes
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil
  5. Cover and simmer approximately 20 minutes or until broth is absorbed
  6. Stirring frequently
  7. Season with salt and pepper
