  1. Cook orzo according to package for al dente
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water
  3. Once orzo has cooled
  4. In serving bowl mix orzo
  5. Olives
  6. Feta
  7. Parsley
  8. Dill
  9. And tomato
  10. In small bowl
  11. Whisk together oil and lemon juice
  12. Mix into salad
  13. Salt and pepper to taste
  14. Refrigerate and chill before serving
  15. If you use dried dill
  16. Be sure to use plenty
  17. Serves: 6 as a side dish
  18. Also great as a main dish for lunch
