  1. In a large skillet or deep fryer
  2. Deep fry chicken wings in oil until done
  3. About 10 minutes
  4. Or until crispy
  5. Remove chicken and oil from skillet / fryer
  6. Drain oil and reserve chicken
  7. Melt butter / margarine in skillet
  8. Then add hot sauce
  9. Stir all together
  10. Add cooked chicken to sauce and stir over low heat to coat
  11. Serve warm with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing
