  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  2. "llightly butter a 13x9 inch pan so the potatoes wont stick"
  3. Cut your potatoes into very thin slices
  4. Organize half of the potatoes in the pan
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on potatoes to taste
  6. Add a layer of cheese
  7. Peel 3 cloves of garlic
  8. In a small saut pan add 1 pint of heavy whipping cream
  9. The 3 whole garlic cloves
  10. And 1 teaspoon of chicken flavor bouillon
  11. Evenly add the second layer of potatoes
  12. Add salt and pepper
  13. Add the rest of the cheese
  14. Once the heavy whipping cream mixture comes to a boil remove the 3 garlic cloves
  15. Pour mixture evenly over the potatoes
  16. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes
  17. Enjoy !
