Steps

  1. Mix butter
  2. Cream cheese and sugar in bowl and set aside
  3. In separate bowl
  4. Mix milk and pudding
  5. Fold in cool whip
  6. Combine the two bowls gently by folding until combined completely
  7. You can layer in individual bowls or in one large 12" pan
  8. Start with a layer of 1 / 2 of the cookies on the bottom
  9. Layer mixture in middle and top with remaining cookies
  10. Top with candy gummy worms
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
