  1. "if you dont have the good season dressing packet you can substitute this seasoning mixture using some or all of these items and use one teaspoon and save the rest:"
  2. 1 tsp oregano
  3. 1 / 2 tsp basil
  4. 1 / 4 tsp thyme
  5. 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1 tsp onion powder
  7. 1 / 2 tsp celery salt
  8. If making seasoning mix
  9. Add some to the flour with salt and pepper
  10. Cover wings in flour
  11. Fry in hot oil
  12. Let drain on wire rack
  13. Melt butter in pan but do not allow to boil
  14. Add redhot sauce
  15. Lemon juice and dressing mix or seasoning mix and stir
  16. Heat but again do not boil
  17. Add wings to a large bowl or bag for coating wings
  18. Add sauce and shake or
  19. Stir to coat well
  20. Remove wings and serve with celery and blue cheese or
  21. Ranch dressing
