  1. Combine sugar
  2. Margarine and milk in heavy 2 1 / 2 quart sauce pan
  3. Bring to a rolling boil
  4. Stirring constantly
  5. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat
  6. Stirring
  7. Remove from heat add chocolate stirring until melted
  8. Add marshmallow creme
  9. Nuts and vanilla
  10. Beat until blended
  11. Pour into 13x9 greased pan
  12. Let cool and cut into 1 inch squares
