  3. Stir in flour and cornstarch
  4. Cook until bubbly
  5. Add stock and milk gradually
  6. Blending into smooth sauce
  7. Add soda and cheese cubes
  8. Stir until
  9. Thickened
  10. Season with salt & pepper
  11. Add parsley
  12. Before serving
  13. Heat thoroughly in double boiler
  14. Do not let boil
  15. Garnish with paprika
  16. Serve and enjoy !
