  1. Combine crumbs and margarine
  2. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan
  3. Bake at 325 degrees f
  4. 10minutes
  5. Combine cream cheese
  6. Sugar
  7. Juice
  8. Peel and vanilla
  9. Mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended
  10. Add egg yolks
  11. One at a time
  12. Mixing well after each addition
  13. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
  14. Fold into cream cheese mixture
  15. Pour over crust
  16. Bake at 300 degrees f
  17. 45 minutes
  18. Loosen cake from rim of pan
  19. Cool before removing rim of pan
  20. Chill
  21. Top with cherry pie filling or fresh fruit
  22. If desired
