  1. Place the salmon fillet in a shallow non-metallic dish
  2. Mix together the oil
  3. Soy sauce
  4. Honey
  5. Ginger
  6. Green onions
  7. Lime zest
  8. Juice and the seasoning
  9. Pour over the fillets and turn to coat
  10. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hours
  11. Lightly oil a baking tray
  12. Lift the fillets and green onion out of the marinade and place on the baking tray
  13. Brush the fillets with a little of the marinade
  14. Then cook for 3 minutes about 4-5 inches from broiler element on high
  15. Turn over
  16. Brush with more of the marinade and broil for 3-5 minutes until cooked though
  17. Garnish with lime wedges
