  1. In saucepan
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients
  3. Bring to boil
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes
  5. Add mushrooms and pea pods
  6. Simmer 2 minutes
  7. Garnish with scallion curl and serve
