great summer dish when vegetables are fresh. this is a wonderful salad and is easily converted when dieting. full of color and flavor!!! you may also add chicken,pork or turkey.

  1. Cook rice
  2. Cover and chill
  3. Add mayo
  4. Dice and add celery andonion
  5. Add mustard
  6. Salt
  7. And meat if using
  8. Add to chilled rice
  9. Mix well
  10. Cover and chill until ready to serve
