  1. In a small bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients
  2. Put the steak in a plasic bag
  3. Pour in the marinade
  4. Close the bag and place in a shallow baking pan
  5. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight
  6. Preheat the broiler
  7. Remove steak from bag and discard marinade
  8. Place on broiling pan
  9. Broil for 5-7 minutes on each side
