  1. Skin salmon and cut in small pieces
  2. Poach in water
  3. Meanwhile mix the water
  4. Ketchup
  5. Rice vinegar
  6. Sugar and plum sauce
  7. Put all the items into a pan
  8. Mix with the carrots
  9. Cucumber and onion and turn on medium high
  10. Cook until boiling
  11. Turn heat down and cook until carrots are soft
  12. Add salmon and serve over rice
