Steps

  1. Be careful not to overcook rice
  2. I have used both minute rice and long grain
  3. Toss salad ingredients together and refrigerate long enough to let peas thaw
  4. Beginning with salad oil ingredient
  5. Mix all dressing ingredients and let sit for an hour at room temperature or longer
  6. Stir dressing well and dress salad just before serving
  7. Mix well
  8. Serve cold
