  2. Combine rhubarb
  3. Sugar
  4. Five spice powder
  5. Ginger
  6. Hot pepper sauce and lemon juice
  7. Blend well
  8. Place over low heat
  9. Stirring constantly until sugar dissolves
  10. Bring to boil
  11. Skim off foam and cook over medium heat
  12. Stirring frequenly
  13. Until mixture becomes transparent and thickens
  14. About 15 to 20 minutes
  15. Ladle into hot
  16. Sterilized jars
  17. Seal
