  1. Melt butter in large skillet
  2. Add crumbled ramen noodles and nuts
  3. Cook
  4. Stirring constantly
  5. Until noodles are golden
  6. Remove from pan
  7. Cool
  8. Place evaporated milk
  9. Oil
  10. Ramen seasoning packet
  11. Vinegar and sugar in blender
  12. Cover
  13. Blend until smooth
  14. Combine salad greens
  15. Noodle mixture
  16. Green onions and dressing in large bowl
  17. Toss to coat well
  18. Serve immediately
