  1. Mix fist 6 ingredients for marinade
  2. Marinate meat for 2 hours
  3. Broil or grill 5-7 minutes on each side
  4. Heat marinade to boil on stove
  5. Add water and cornstarch mixture to thicken
  6. Not all may be needed
  7. When meat is done
  8. Let rest for 3 minutes
  9. Serve with sauce and rice
