  1. Pound each pork chop till thin
  2. In dish combine ginger
  3. Soy sauce and sherry
  4. Dip each pork chop in mixture
  5. "dont discard liquid"
  6. In large skillet heat 1 / 2 of the oil and stir fry onions till tender
  7. Remove from pan
  8. Add remaining oil and brown pork chops
  9. Spoon onions over pork chops and also remaining soy sauce and sherry
  10. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or till tender
