  1. Mix the ingredients together for the dressing & set aside
  2. Bring the water to boil in a large pot
  3. Add the noodles & return to a boil
  4. Cook 2 minutes
  5. Add the crabmeat & peas
  6. Cook for another minute or until noodles are al dente
  7. Drain the noodle mixture then toss in the dressing
  8. Arrange the noodle mixture on salad plates the sprinkle with green onions
