  1. Combine first 8 ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes
  2. Place lettuce leaves on a serving platter
  3. Scoop 6 oz
  4. Of the mixture onto a lettuce leaf
  5. Complete the wrap by folding in the sides of the leaf over the filling and then rolling up
  6. Makes 6 wraps
  7. Serve with soy sauce for dipping
