oriental green beans


i love this green bean recipe and it is only 1 point per serving! i don't like my green beans crunchy so i leave them boiling until they are soft.

  1. In a large pot of rapidly boiling water
  2. Cook green beans until just tender
  3. 4-5 minutes
  4. While beans are cooking
  5. In a small bowl combine soy sauce
  6. Oil
  7. And sugar
  8. Set aside
  9. Drain beans
  10. Set aside
  11. Spray wok or 10" skillet with nonstick cooking spray
  12. Place over medium-high heat
  13. Add garlic
  14. Cook
  15. Stirring constantly
  16. Until softened
  17. 20-30 seconds
  18. Add green beans
  19. Cook
  20. Stirring and turning constantly
  21. Until well coated
  22. About 2 minutes
  23. Add soy sauce mixture
  24. Continue to stir and turn until most of the liquid is absorbed
  25. 1-2 minutes
