  1. Combine soy sauce
  2. Wine or juice
  3. Garlic
  4. And ginger in a large bowl
  5. Add crabmeat
  6. Snow peas
  7. And bamboo shoots to soy mixture
  8. Mix well
  9. Top each lettuce leaf with portion of crab mixture
  10. Fold leaves around crab by first turning in the sides
  11. Then rolling up
  12. Serve on plate scattered with finely chopped toasted walnuts
  13. ---serving suggestion---
  14. Make a quick sauce of half chinese hot mustard and half sweet plum sauce
  15. Spoon in a zig-zag pattern on each plate
  16. Place 3 rolls on top of the sauce
  17. Propped like fallen logs
  18. Top with toasted nuts and sprigs of fresh coriander
