this is a blend adapted from low sodium cooking, so there is no salt. it is good to put in stir fries, salad dressings and dips.

Steps

  1. To roast sesame seeds
  2. Place in a hot skillet and stir until they start turning a golden brown
  3. About 2 minutes
  4. Watch them carefully
  5. They burn quickly
  6. Let them cool
  7. I make the bell pepper flakes by dicing them very finely and placing in 350f
  8. Oven until they dry
  9. About 15-20 minutes
  10. "watch carefully so they dont get too crispy !"
  11. Mix well and store in an airtight container
  12. Use in stir fries or salads and salad dressings
  13. To give a lot of flavor !
