oriental beef noodles


this recipe is not my own but has been altered to my taste. it is delicious and not hard to make.

  1. Trim fat from steak
  2. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices
  3. Heat teaspoon of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Add steak
  5. Green onions and garlic
  6. Stir-fry for two minutes or until done to your preference
  7. Remove steak from skillet
  8. Keep warm
  9. Remove noodles from packages
  10. Only use one for recipe or part of one depending on salt preference
  11. Add water and remaining seasoning packet to skillet
  12. Bring to a boil
  13. Break noodles in half
  14. Add noodles to water mixture
  15. Cook noodles for two minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed
  16. Stirring frequently
  17. Stir in steak mixture
  18. Vegetables and soy sauce
  19. Cook until thoroughly heated
  20. To make this dish more quickly you can buy the slaw mix with shredded cabbage and carrot already made
  21. Just use 2 cups of the slaw mix in place of the 1 cup of the shredded cabbage and 1 cups of shredded carrots
