Steps

  1. Burgers: mash beans and mix in remaning ingredients until well blended
  2. Form into 4 patties
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  4. Cook patties 3-4 minutes on each side until crusty and no longer pink inside
  5. Sauce: mix ingredients in a small bowl
  6. Serve burger on a bun with lettuce
  7. Cucumber and sauce
