  1. Wash and trim the asparagus
  2. Cut the asparagus into pieces about 1 inch long
  3. Reserving
  4. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok until hot
  5. Add the garlic
  6. The asparagus and mushrooms
  7. Stir fry for about 2 minutes
  8. Now add the wine
  9. Soy sauce
  10. The asparagus
  11. Mix well and stir fry for 2 more minutes
  12. Serve warm
