an easy to make appetizer that will feed a crowd without straining your budget. (1 day prep time is only because of overnight marinade)

Steps

  1. In a small mixing bowl
  2. Combine soy sauce
  3. Green onion and pepper
  4. Slice each chicken breast into 4 strips length wise
  5. Then halved
  6. Place chicken strips in bowl
  7. Pour soy sauce marinade over top and seal
  8. Refrigerate overnight
  9. Inverting container occasionally
  10. Slice bacon strips in half
  11. Remove chicken strips from marinade
  12. Roll up each chicken strip with a half of bacon
  13. Secure with a toothpick
  14. Place chicken wraps in baking dish
  15. Bake at 350f for 30 minutes or till chicken and bacon are done
  16. Serve with a savory or sweet and sour sauce
