Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Combine the chopped cookies
  3. Flour
  4. And melted butter
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips
  6. Set aside
  7. Prepare the cake mix with the water and eggs as directed on the package
  8. Pour 1 / 2 the batter into a greased 9" or 10" tube pan
  9. Sprinkle 2 cups of the oreo mixture evenly over the batter
  10. Cover with remaining batter and oreo mixture
  11. Press the cookies gently into the top of the cake
  12. Bake at 350f for 45-50 minutes
  13. Or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean
  14. Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack
  15. Loosen edges of cake from the pan and carefully invert
  16. Cool completely
  17. Combine the powdered sugar and milk
  18. Drizzle over the cooled cake
