this is a refreshing summer tea with no caffeine. makes an interesting change from regular iced tea.

  1. Slice the lemongrass into rings
  2. And place into a pot with the water
  3. Leaving enough room to boil
  4. Boil 10-15 minutes
  5. Depending on how strong you like your tea
  6. Add the sugar to the just boiled water
  7. Then pour into a pitcher over ice cubes
