  1. Mix together the lemongrass

  3. Soy sauce
  4. And sesame oil
  5. Rub it all over the chicken and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for half an hour
  6. Immediately make the slaw
  7. For the slaw
  8. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  9. Cover
  10. And then refrigerate until ready to use
  11. Once the chicken is done marinating
  12. Slice it thinly and then cook in a little olive oil over medium heat
  13. To assemble your bowls
  14. Drain the slaw
  15. And then on a bed of rice
  16. Layer the chicken
  17. Slaw
  18. And remaining fixins as desired
