  1. Preheat oven to 375f
  2. In large bowl
  3. Whisk together flour
  4. Baking soda
  5. Baking powder
  6. And sea salt
  7. In small bowl
  8. Whisk together soymilk
  9. Brown rice syrup
  10. Oil
  11. And lemon flavoring
  12. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
  13. Mix well by hand
  14. Gently fold in raspberries
  15. Fill the cups of 12-cup muffin tin two-thirds full
  16. Bake 20 to 25 minutes
  17. Or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
  18. Let muffins cool on cooling rack so bottoms do not become soggy
