  1. Refrigerate 1 / 4 cup lemonade concentrate for basting
  2. Pour remaining concentrate into a large resealable plastic bag and add garlic
  3. Add chicken
  4. Seal bag and turn to coat
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours
  6. Turning occasionally
  7. Drain and discard marinade from chicken
  8. In a large resealable plastic bag
  9. Combine the flour
  10. Salt and pepper
  11. Add chicken a few pieces at a time
  12. And shake to coat
  13. In a large skillet
  14. Cook chicken in oil for 1 1 / 2 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown
  15. Place chicken on a rack in a shallow roasting pan
  16. Brush with butter
  17. Bake
  18. Uncovered
  19. At 350f for 50-55 minutes or until juices run clear
  20. Basting with reserved lemonade concentrate every 15 minutes
  21. Serve warm or cold
