Steps

  1. Cake: preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Remove 2 tablespoons lemonade concentrate from can and discard or reserve for other use
  3. Combine remaining lemonade concentrate
  4. Cake mix
  5. Sour cream
  6. Cream cheese and eggs in large bowl
  7. Add food coloring and mix thoroughly
  8. Beat with mixer until well blended
  9. Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin tins
  10. Filling 3 / 4 full
  11. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cooked through
  12. Cool completely before frosting with lemon cream cheese frosting
  13. Frosting: in a large bowl
  14. Cream together all ingredients until thick
  15. Smooth
  16. And spreadable
  17. Use immediately
  18. Store frosted goods covered in the refrigerator
  19. Bring to room temperature before serving
