  1. While you are preparing the chicken
  2. Put water on the stove to boil for the gnocchi
  3. Add flour
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. And poultry seasoning in a heavy-duty plastic zip-lock bag
  7. Shake to evenly distribute ingredients
  8. Pat chicken dry and add to bag
  9. Give a good shake to lightly coat the breasts
  10. Remove chicken from the bag and set aside
  11. Saving the additional flour
  12. Heat olive oil over med-high heat in a large nonstick skillet
  13. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on the first side
  14. Flip
  15. And cook another 5 minutes
  16. Transfer chicken to a plate
  17. Add a pat of butter and onion to the skillet
  18. Cook 2-3 minutes
  19. Stirring frequently
  20. Add reserved flour and cook 1 minute more to incorporate flour
  21. Add broth and bring sauce to a broil
  22. Decrease heat to med-low and squeeze lemon juice into sauce
  23. Add in thyme and additional pat of butter
  24. Add chicken back to pan and let simmer until chicken is done
  25. Toss hot gnocchi with a little butter
  26. Mix sugar and cinnamon together
  27. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar over gnocchi and toss
  28. Top with a generous sprinkling of parmigiano cheese and serve alongside chicken breasts
