Steps

  1. Bring 8 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan
  2. Add pasta to pan
  3. Cook 5 minutes or until almost tender
  4. Add shrimp to pan
  5. Cook 3 minutes or until done
  6. Drain
  7. Rinse with cold water
  8. Drain well
  9. Combine pasta mixture
  10. Tomatoes
  11. Celery
  12. Avocado
  13. Poblano
  14. Cilantro
  15. Rind
  16. Juice
  17. Olive oil
  18. And salt in a bowl and toss well
