  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Add the chickpeas and cook about 2 minutes
  3. Add the spinach in batches
  4. Stirring until just wilted
  5. Sprinkle the salt and lemon juice over the spinach mixture and stir once more
  6. Serve warm with toasted pita
