  1. In a heavy saucepan
  2. Combine sugar
  3. Cornstarch
  4. Lemon rind
  5. Lemon juice and egg yolks and milk
  6. Cook on medium heat until thick
  7. Stirring constantly
  8. Add butter and let mixture cool to room temperature
  9. Stir in sour cream and pour filling into pie shell
  10. Cover with whipped cream
  11. Store in refrigerator
