  • Carbohydrates: 293.8

  1. Measure first 7 ingredients into a bowl
  2. Mix well
  3. Turn into greased 3 1 / 2 qt slow cooker
  4. Stir hot water
  5. Lemon juice and second amount of sugar together in separate bowl
  6. Pour carefully over batter
  7. Do not stir
  8. Place 5 paper towels between top of slow cooker and lid
  9. Cook on high for about 2 hours till toothpick inserted comes out clean
