Steps

  1. Heat oven to 400f place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups
  2. Or grease bottoms only of muffin cups
  3. Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients except sugar crystals just until moistened
  5. Divide batter evenly among cups
  6. Sprinkle with sugar crystals
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tops are golden brown
  8. Makes 12 muffins
