  1. In a small bowl
  2. Combine lemon juice
  3. Oil
  4. Rosemary
  5. And garlic
  6. Transfer to a shallow glass dish large enough to hold chicken in a single layer
  7. Set aside
  8. Remove wing
  9. Place chicken between 2 sheet of plastic wrap and flatten slightly with a meat mallet
  10. Place chicken in dish with marinade
  11. Turning to coat
  12. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
  13. Remove chicken from marinade
  14. Drain
  15. Reserving marinade
  16. Bring marinade to a boil on the stovetop
  17. And cook for 3 minutes at a rapid boil
  18. Allow to cool
  19. Place chicken
  20. Bone side down
  21. On grill over medium-hot coals or medium setting
  22. Cook
  23. Covered for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
  24. Watching for little fires
  25. Turn chicken over
  26. Cook for 10-15 minutes more or until golden brown
  27. Stir honey and dijon mustard into marinade
  28. Brush over chicken and cook
  29. Turning and brushing with marinade
  30. 10-15 minutes longer or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced
  31. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  32. Cut into serving size pieces and serve
