  1. In a large bowl
  2. Combine all the ingredients with a fork until blended
  3. Do not overmix !
  4. Heat griddle over medium-high heat
  5. Lightly grease griddle with butter
  6. As soon as the butter is melted
  7. Pour pancake batter onto griddle
  8. Cook until batter begins to bubble or pancakes are golden
  9. Flip and finish the other side
  10. Serve pancakes warm with pure maple syrup
