Steps

  1. Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with foil
  2. Spoon the sherbet into pan
  3. Freeze 15 minutes
  4. Beat cream cheese until fluffy
  5. Gradually beat in sweetened
  6. Condensed milk and lemon juice
  7. Stir in cool whip
  8. Spread mixture over sherbet
  9. Freeze for three hours or overnight
  10. Cut into slices
