Steps

  1. Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil
  2. Spoon sherbet into prepared pan
  3. Spread to form even layer in pan
  4. Freeze 10 minutes
  5. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until creamy
  6. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and lime juice
  7. Beating until well blended
  8. Stir in whipped topping
  9. Spread over sherbet layer in pan
  10. Freeze at least 3 hours or overnight
  11. Cut into 12 slices to serve
  12. Store leftover dessert in freezer
