  1. Mix chicken
  2. One teaspoon salt
  3. Ginger
  4. And half of the garlic
  5. Set aside
  6. In medium saucepan over medium heat
  7. Warm one tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil
  8. Stir in green onion whites
  9. Remaining garlic and jasmine rice
  10. Cook
  11. Stirring frequently
  12. For 8 minutes or until beginning to toast
  13. Add broth
  14. Half of the lemon juice and one teaspoon salt
  15. Bring to a boil
  16. Cover
  17. Reduce heat to low
  18. And cook 15 minutes
  19. Uncover
  20. Fluff with fork
  21. Stir in dried cherries or craisins
  22. Sesame oil and remaining green onions
  23. Set aside
  24. In large frying pan over medium high heat
  25. Warm one tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil
  26. Add chicken and cook
  27. Stirring frequently
  28. For 6 minutes or until no longer pink on the outside
  29. In small bowl
  30. Stir together vinegar
  31. Hoisin
  32. One tablespoon honey
  33. Remaining lemon juice
  34. Half of the lemon zest and 1 / 4-teaspoon red pepper flakes
  35. Add sauce to chicken in pan and continue cooking for 10 additional minutes on medium
  36. Raise heat to high and cook for 2-4 minutes until sauce on chicken is dark and has thickened
  37. Sprinkle chicken with black sesame seeds
  38. Remove pan from heat
  39. Set aside and keep warm
  40. In second large frying pan
  41. Warm remaining peanut oil over high heat
  42. Add asparagus
  43. Remaining honey
  44. Red pepper and remaining salt
  45. Cook
  46. Stirring frequently
  47. For 2-4 minutes
  48. Or until asparagus is tender
  49. To serve
  50. Plate rice on serving platter
  51. Top with half of the cilantro
  52. Almonds
  53. And roasted asparagus
  54. Top with chicken pieces
  55. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro and lemon zest
